Roanoke, VA – July 11, 2024 – Ridge View Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Tiphanie Rasnick as Vice President, Commercial Office Manager of the Bank’s Headquarters located on Franklin Road. Ms. Rasnick brings over two decades of banking experience within the Roanoke Valley, most recently serving as Vice President and Financial Sales Manager at First Citizens Bank.

Ms. Rasnick’s extensive banking career includes 10 years at First Citizens Bank, where she managed the flagship branch in Roanoke, and nearly 15 years at SunTrust Bank, holding multiple positions including branch manager. Her roles have focused on business development, financial planning, real estate lending, and team building. In her new position with Ridge View Bank, she will manage the buildout and oversight of a dynamic team, nurturing career development opportunities, business development, and actively engaging with the community to enhance corporate presence and social responsibility efforts.

An active member of the community, Ms. Rasnick has served on the Board of Directors for the Botetourt County Chamber for two terms, serves as a Financial Education Instructor at the Rescue Mission of Roanoke since 2003, participates in the Campaign Cabinet for Healing Strides of Virginia, and volunteers with the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce and the BNI Group-Business First Roanoke. She resides in Catawba, VA, with her husband, Allen. Together they manage several businesses including Little Creek Corral, LLC, Little Montana Ranch, and The Highland Homeplace LLC.
