Roanoke, VA - November 12, 2025: Ridge View Bank is proud to celebrate its one-year anniversary celebration of their headquarters location, following a weeklong series of events as a thank-you to customers and the community for its ongoing support. Held at the bank’s main branch at 3529 Franklin Road in Roanoke, the Customer Appreciation Week featured daily activities, exciting giveaways, and meaningful community engagement, highlighting the bank’s commitment to building strong relationships and supporting the region it serves.
“It’s hard to believe we opened our headquarters one year ago,” said Carrie McConnell, President of Ridge View Bank. “We are so grateful for the trust our customers have placed in us, and this week was our way of saying thank you. We truly enjoyed celebrating together and look forward to continuing to build strong relationships for years to come.”
Customer Appreciation Week Highlights
- November 3 – Spin the Prize Wheel: Visitors had the chance to spin for Ridge View Bank prizes and other giveaways.
- November 4 – Birthday Cupcakes: Customers joined staff to celebrate the bank’s first anniversary with cupcakes and refreshments.
- November 5 – $100 Gift Card Raffle: Visitors entered to win a $100 gift card to OTH Chophouse & Oyster Bar.
- November 6 – Radio Remote Day: 94.9 FM Star Country broadcasted live from the bank from 12 PM – 2 PM, engaging with customers and staff.
- November 7 – Shred IT Event: Community members safely disposed of documents during the free shredding service offered from 11 AM – 2 PM.
Additional giveaways and surprises took place throughout the week as Ridge View Bank thanked the community for making its first year a success.
