CLEARFIELD, Pa., Feb. 11, 2025 -- The Board of Directors of CNB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CCNE) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock payable on March 14, 2025 to common stock shareholders of record as of February 28, 2025.
