Salem, VA – March 16, 2026 – Ridge View Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Bell as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Office Manager of its Salem branch. A lifelong Salem resident and seasoned banking professional with 16 years of industry experience, Ms. Bell brings strong community connections and a proven track record of leadership to her new role.

A graduate of Salem High School and Virginia Western Community College, Ms. Bell spent nearly a decade with Truist Bank in branch management, leading high-performing branch teams and building a reputation for remarkable client service and meaningful community partnerships. In her new role, she will oversee branch operations, support commercial client relationships, and lead initiatives to enhance client experience throughout the Salem market. Ms. Bell lives in Salem with her husband and three children.
